Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff may ship the following week to ensure safe arrival.

In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must:

• Contact us within 1 hour of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the coral in the sealed bag

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
