We carefully monitor weather and shipping conditions before every shipment to help ensure your livestock arrives healthy and stress-free.

While we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may delay shipments when weather conditions create unnecessary risk.

Temperature Policy

Orders shipping to destinations with forecasted temperatures of 90°F or greater may be delayed until conditions improve.

This policy exists to protect your livestock—not to inconvenience you.

Customer Requested Shipping

If you would still like your order shipped despite the weather forecast, simply contact us.

After discussing the forecast, customers may request shipment anyway.

Orders shipped at the customer's request into forecasted temperatures of 90°F or higher, or other significant weather events, are shipped at the customer's risk and the Live Arrival Guarantee is waived for that shipment.

Why We Do This

Every coral we sell has spent months or even years growing in our systems.

We would rather delay your shipment for a few days than risk your livestock arriving stressed or worse because of weather outside anyone's control.

Healthy animals always come before making a sale.
