All coral is carefully packed using insulated packaging and temperature control when needed to ensure the best chance of safe arrival.

We actively monitor weather conditions across the United States before every shipment. Orders may be delayed when extreme heat, wildfires, flooding, or other severe weather creates unnecessary risk to your livestock.
Orders shipping to destinations with forecasted temperatures of 90°F or greater may be held until conditions improve. If you would like your order shipped despite the forecast, please contact us — shipments made at the customer's request under these conditions are shipped at the customer's risk and the Live Arrival Guarantee is waived for that shipment.
