Welcome to Cox Marine Creations. By accessing this website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
Cox Marine Creations provides:

3D printed reef aquarium accessories and equipment

Custom reef-related products and designs
All products are intended for lawful aquarium and hobby use only.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and availability.
However:

Coral appearance may vary depending on aquarium lighting, spectrum, camera settings, and tank conditions.

Growth patterns, polyp counts, and colony structure naturally vary.

Photos may be exact WYSIWYG items or representative examples depending on the listing.

Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Live Coral Purchases
Coral Health
All coral is inspected prior to shipment and packaged carefully to ensure healthy arrival.
Coral should be acclimated properly upon arrival. The customer assumes responsibility for maintaining proper water parameters, lighting, flow, and husbandry after delivery.
Recommended Reef Parameters
For best results, customers should maintain stable reef parameters appropriate for Zoanthids and soft corals.
Coral health may decline if placed into unstable systems or systems with improper acclimation procedures.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule
Live coral shipments are sent Monday–Thursday only, weather permitting.
Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff may ship the following week to ensure safe arrival.
Non-livestock items may ship separately from live coral orders.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Providing a correct shipping address

Monitoring tracking information
-
Being available for the first delivery attempt
-
Bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery
Cox Marine Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery attempts.
5. Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

Package must be received on the first delivery attempt

Coral must remain in the original sealed bag
-
Clear photos must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery
To qualify for a DOA claim, customers must provide:

Clear photo of the coral in the unopened bag
-
Photo of the shipping label
-
Photo or video clearly showing the issue
Approved claims may qualify for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The following situations are NOT covered:

Delayed carrier deliveries
-
Missed first delivery attempts
-
Incorrect addresses provided by customer

Improper acclimation
-
Coral loss after removal from original sealed bag
-
Damage caused by pests, tank aggression, unstable parameters, or equipment failure
6. 3D Printed Product Policy
All 3D printed products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Minor surface variations, layer lines, or cosmetic differences may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
Products are designed for aquarium and hobby use only.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific aquarium setup before purchase.
7. Returns & Exchanges
3D Printed Products
Due to the custom-made and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Live Coral
Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, live coral sales are final except as covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.
8. Custom Orders
Custom orders, custom sizing, and special-request products may require additional production time.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, specifications, and compatibility before approving custom work.
9. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
Orders may be canceled if pricing errors, inventory errors, or listing mistakes occur.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be canceled at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, product designs, branding, photographs, graphics, listing descriptions, and original product concepts remain the property of Cox Marine Creations unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of original designs or branding is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cox Marine Creations is not liable for:

Livestock loss after delivery

Tank crashes or parameter instability

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Improper use of products
-
Carrier-related shipping delays or damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future sales at our discretion.
Harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or policy abuse may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
