Designed for real-world reef tanks where consistency and stability matter.

The CMC Nero 3 In-Tank 90° Mounting Bracket is a low-profile, in-tank solution built specifically for setups where traditional magnet placement isn’t possible—such as tanks positioned too close to a wall or tight overflow chambers.

This system utilizes your existing AI Nero 3 stock magnets while relocating the mounting point inside the tank, allowing for clean, functional placement without sacrificing flow.

Glass Compatibility

Designed for tanks up to 12mm glass (≈ 1/2 inch)
Performance may vary on thicker glass

Best Performance Note ⚠️

On thicker glass (around 1/2” / 12mm), minor positioning adjustments or light cable support may improve long-term stability depending on pump placement and flow settings.

Routing the power cable over the tank rim can help improve stability in some setups.

Customization Options

Each setup is different—this bracket can be adjusted to better fit your tank.
