DOA POLICY
⚠️ LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (DOA POLICY)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following STRICT conditions:
✔ Package must be received on the FIRST delivery attempt
✔ Coral must remain in the original, sealed bag
✔ Clear photo/video must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery
📸 REQUIRED FOR ALL DOA CLAIMS
To qualify, you MUST provide ALL of the following:
• Clear photo of coral in unopened bag
• Photo of the shipping label
• Photo/video clearly showing the coral’s condition
• Time-stamped proof of delivery (tracking screenshot is acceptable)
🧪 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
By purchasing, you confirm your system is stable and reef-ready.
If requested for claim review, you must provide recent test results (within 24 hours) for:
• Salinity
• Temperature
• Alkalinity
• Nitrate
• Phosphate
Additional documentation may be required at seller’s discretion.
❗ IMPORTANT CLAIM RULES
• Coral must NOT be removed from bag before claim is submitted
• Coral added to tank = automatic void of DOA claim
• All claims must be submitted within the 1-hour window
💳 CLAIM RESOLUTION
• Approved DOA claims will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY
• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Store credit must be used on a future order
❌ NOT COVERED
• Carrier delays or shipping issues
• Missed or delayed delivery attempts
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Coral removed from bag before claim
• Improper acclimation
• Tank instability or parameter issues
